Ross Pauling & Partners Limited, established in 1996, is a Chartered Accountancy practice working with clients primarily in the Auckland region. We work with a diverse range of businesses and have the reputation for providing innovative and effective solutions to our clients.
The firm provides a full range of services to large, medium sized and small businesses and to individuals, around the core service lines of financial and management advisory, accounting, compliance and taxation.
We are members of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Our continuing training includes seminars, conferences and resource material that ensures our people remain current with the latest business and taxation developments.

Meet the Team
Kamini is a Chartered Accountant, has a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting, and a Graduate Diploma in management and employment relations.
Kamini has been with the firm since February 2003 and specialises in providing taxation compliance and advisory services to clients. In addition to that Kamini also provides monthly accounting, management, and taxation services to individuals and small businesses to subsidiaries of public companies. Over the years she has developed great working relationships with the clients.
Kamini develops enviable working relationships with clients and is regarded by many of her clients to be one of the most skilled specialist practitioners available in her area of practice.
An integral part of the firm’s and Kamini’s approach to SME assignments is to implement in-house developed controls, systems, and relevant understandable reports and provide client staff with ongoing training in order to progressively take over the accounting and reporting procedures introduced by Ross Pauling & Partners Limited.
Tracy is a Chartered Accountant, has a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Post Graduate Diploma of Secondary School Teaching in mathematics and accounting.
Tracy, a former manager with a multinational big four accounting firm, has been with the firm since February 2016. Tracy has extensive qualifications, experience and expertise, specialises in taxation compliance and advice, GST management systems and returns, management advisory reporting and compilation of financial statements and taxation returns. Tracy has advanced information technology skills and leads the firm’s continuing education and quality control programmes.
Tracy’s qualifications, commitment to clients and experience are valuable skills for the practice.
Varsha has a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma in accounting and management.
Varsha, has been with the firm since June 2023 and has a high skill set within the framework of the firm’s business services and systems.
Varsha has experience and expertise in a range of accounting software, including MYOB and Xero and is an integral member of the firm’s compliance division providing systems, accounting services and compiling taxation and GST returns, and financial statements.
Ross, our founding partner and a former partner of one of the largest international accounting firms, has retired but remains as a consultant and is available if required to provide highly practical insight and solutions.
Kamini became the Managing Partner and 100% owner of the practice upon Ross’s retirement.
